Return Policy

• For sanitary reasons "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". Credit will be given for battery operated items with machanical defects only! Please check your items before using them. No credit can be issued for anything that has been used (not even one time).
• You MUST contact us at customerservice@bedsideplaythings.com for authorization BEFORE you return your item. Please include your name, email, order number, item model with defect, and nature of defect. If you do not contact us for authorization you will NOT receive credit

Defective items must be returned within 30 days, in the original packaging along with the packing slip to our shipping center at:

Please write on the packing slip if you would like a refund or a replacement.

• We will credit for the items only, no shipping and handling fee will be credited. If you choose to have a replacement sent, we will incurr the cost of reshipping.

Shipping Choices and Rates:

• We offer UPS and USPS shipping and reference their servers to get "real time" shipping charges from our shipping center to your location.
• Free Shipping - BedsidePlayThings.com currently offers free shipping. This offer is only valid within the United Sates.
• $2.00 Shipping - BedsidePlayThings.com currently offers $2.00 shipping on all orders. This offer is only valid within the United Sates.

Shipping Times:

• Shipping time estimates are posted with your selection upon checkout.
• Orders are processed, picked, packed and shipped from 8 am to 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday (excluding National Holidays). Orders placed after 4:00pm est. are considered posted the following business day.
  There is typically a 1 to 2 business day processing time for most orders.

Shipping Responsibility:

• We will not take responsibility for delivery via any method. Once we give your package to the shipper it is their responsibility and we have no control over what they do with it. For damage claims or lost packages you must contact the appropriate shipper.
• It is up to you to know the regulations and laws in your country regarding the products you order.
• Undeliverable/refused packages will be returned to us and we credit your account for the products only.

International Shipping:

• International shipping can take several weeks to get there.
• Occasionally countries will not allow our merchandise into their country. We make every effort to get the merchandise to it's destination. In some instances it will be impossible to deliver. Depending on the value of the products we may try to bring the order back to us. In most cases, however this is not cost effective. If we do get the merchandise back we will credit you for the merchandise less incoming freight and taxes. If we can't get it back we will not be held responsible. Please be aware of the risks involved in shipping this merchandise to international destinations.
• We generally try to stay away from Asian countries. Although most of the products originate from there they are very strict with their import regulations and UPS has a great deal of difficulty finding addresses in these countries.
• UPS has some restricted countries, these countries won't allow UPS, these orders must go US Mail.
• You may be asked to submit a shipping deposit before we will release your order. We will keep what we were charged for the shipping and refund the difference.

Things To Know:

• UPS and US Mail are traceable they all have tracking. UPS is only better because the order is insured for $100.00.
• UPS does not require a signature for domestic residential deliveries.
• UPS cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or to military bases. These orders must be shipped via US Mail.
• US Mail rates are cheaper for small packages. US International Air Mail rates are very close to UPS's international rates.
